Winifred Kamit. CBE BA (UPNG 1974), LLB (UPNG 1987)
Founding Chairperson
Mrs Kamit is currently Senior Partner at Gadens Lawyers in Port Moresby. She is an Independent Director on the Board of New Britain Palm Oil Limited, Steamships Trading Company Limited, Post Courier Limited and Lihir Gold Limited, and as Resident Director of Nautilus Minerals Niugini Limited.
Mrs Kamit serves as Councillor of the Institute of National Affairs, is past president of and current executive member of the Business Council of Papua New Guinea, past president and founding member of the PNG Institute of Directors Inc., Board Member of Anglicare Port Moresby, and Chairperson of the Judging Panel - PNG Westpac Women in Business Awards. Mrs Kamit has held senior positions in the PNG Public Service, including a three-year appointment as Commissioner of the Public Services Commission. |

Dr. Cecilia Nembou – PhD (NSW 1992), Postgrad Dip (Canberra 1983), MSc (Sussex 1978), BSc (PNG 1975)
Vice Chairperson
Currently the Vice President of Divine Word University, she is the resident representative overseeing the development of the Port Moresby Campus. She has been in this position for just over 3 years. She came to Divine Word University after 2 years at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and after 25 years at the University of Papua New Guinea. In both these universities Dr Nembou held various academic and managerial positions including Senior Lecturer in Mathematics, Head of Mathematics Department, Executive Dean of School of Natural and Physical Sciences, Pro Vice Chancellor and Acting Vice Chancellor at UPNG, and Academic Registrar and Assistant Professor in Mathematics at University of Wollongong in Dubai.
Dr Nembou has served on various committees and Councils of Universities including University of PNG Academic Board, University of PNG and University of Goroka Councils, as well as State Statutory Boards including Former Electricity Commission Board, Commission for Higher Education, National Fisheries Board, Public Officers Superannuation Fund Board, PNG Minimum Wages Board, and National Research Institute Council. In addition, Dr Nembou has served as a member of the Board of the Institute of Directors PNG Inc. At present she represents DWU on the National Higher Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee; she is an ordinary member of the PNG Institute of Directors Inc. and Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences (USA). |

Ms Goini Loko - Treasurer
Goini is a Certified Practicing Accountant who is currently the Administration Manager of the Business Council of Papua New Guinea. She is currently a member of the PNG Institute of Directors and has also served as a Board Member of the Port Moresby International School. She has extensive experience in the areas of Administration and Finance in both the Private and Public Sectors. |

Winnie Kiap, BA (University of Queensland)

Ms Kiap is the Secretary to the National Executive Council of Papua New Guinea, a position she has held since her appointment in 1998.
Her experience in the public service includes working across the seas with the Tongan civil service where she held senior positions including Senior Executive Officer in the Prime Minister’s Department, Assistant Secretary in the Tongan Department of Agriculture, Forests and Fisheries, and Department of Labour, Commerce & Industry. She moved to PNG in 1992 and joined the PNG Public service as Information Officer for the Department of Trade and Industry and later promoted to assistant secretary for Planning and Information with the Department of Trade and Industry. Prior to her appointment as Secretary to the National Executive Council Ms Kiap served a Director/Management Services of the Investment Promotion Authority. Along with being the Secretary to the National Executive Council, she is serving as Acting Secretary for the Department of Prime Minister & NEC. |

Ms Fiu Williame-Igara

Ms Fiu Williame-Igara is currently the part of the PNG Advisory Support Facilityy where she is attached to the Department of the Prime Minister and NEC as
an PSR Advisor. She also serves as a non executive director of Highlands Pacific. She has extensive experience at policy level in economic development issues,
with a comprehensive understanding of domestic, regional and international economic, financial, political, sociocultural and gender issues. Currently, she provides
consultancy services to the public and private sectors. Previously, Ms Williame-Igara has managed private enterprise, achieved First Assistant Secretary level in the PNG
Department of Finance and Planning, and worked as a Regional Coordination Advisor for the South Pacific Forum Secretariat.

Patricia Taureka – LLB (UPNG 1987)

Ms Taureka has over 19 years legal experience and is currently Manager Legal & Compliance and Company Secretary of Nambawan Super Limited.
She currently serves as a Director of Papua New Guinea Institute of Company Directors and is an active member of the New Ireland Forum for Development Inc., a civil society group. She previously served as an Executive of the Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce. |

Rosemary Robertson – Founding Member

Ms Robertson has lived in PNG for over 30 years, living in Lae, the Highlands and Port Moresby, and started her time in PNG by establishing the first Boarding School for an IEA School in Lae in 1979
She has been involved in many organisations during this time, including Girl Guides, and was a founding board member of the Port Moresby City Mission, and Haus Ruth and more recently as a board member of Korobosea and Boroko East IEA Schools. Rosemary was also involved as Chair of the Miss PNG Quest for Red Cross for four years. During her time in PNG Ms Robertson has been involved with a number of projects with a particular emphasis on the rights of Women and Children. She currently works in a recruitment company in Port Moresby. |
